The power cut happened in Dagestan at 3.00 pm on March 13. 23 power lines with a voltage of 6-10 KW and 436 transformers had no power. 112 villages in the Akhvakhsky, Kurakhsky, Akhtynsky, Dakhadayevsky and Levashinsky Districts experienced the power cut. They lost a total of 14 MW.
