The Azerbaijani Ministry for Communication and Information Technologies has met a delegation of LS Cable&System (South Korea), a company specialized in cable manufacturing, 1news.az reports.
The company has 36 factories in 26 countries and about 40 offices. D. Je-ong said that the company was interested in building communication lines in Azerbaijan.
Mir-Heydar Ismailov, head of the coordination section of state enterprises of the ministry, said that the country was busy laying cables and needed a fiber-optic factory to boost the process.
The Korean official said that the Azerbaijani market will be studied.
