Turkish Minister for Transport and Communication Binali Yildirim said that individuals were allowed to build and manage railways, Trend reports.
The Turkish parliament is yet to pass the bill. The bill and its documents will be discussed in the near future.
$2.43 billion will be granted for railways projects in Turkey this year, $4 billion in 2014, $4.2 billion in 2015.
