The Prime Ministers of Russia and Turkey discussed major international projects

Today, during a telephone conversation, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin discussed large-scale international projects including energy sector ones with  his Turkish counterpart  Recep Tayyip Erdogan,  RIA Novosti reports referring to Dmitry Peskov, the press-secretary of the head of Russia's government.

"Today the Turkish side initiated a telephone conversation between Vladimir Putin and the Turkish Prime Minister,” Peskov said. - Heads of Government discussed the current state of trade and economic relations, the progress in large-scale international projects, including the energy sector ones."

The press-secretary added that the prime ministers also touched upon the issues of cooperation between Russia and Turkey in international organizations.

Recep Tayyp Erdogan visited Russia in Janiury. Then the presidents came to an agreement that russian specialists will build a nuclear power plant in Turkey and that the commodity turnover between the countries will reach up to $100 billion.
