Georgian energy ministry summons KazTransGas for talks

 

Georgian Minister for Energy Kakha Kaladze has summoned KazTransGas for talks in Tbilisi to discuss the company’s debt.

Georgia owes Kazakhstan about $100 million, the minister notes.

KazTransGas expressed readiness to return Tbil-KazTransGaz to Kazakh managers in Georgia on many occasions. The management was replaced with Georgian due to the large debt.
