Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov and President of Vnesheconombank Vladimir Dmitriyev have attended the foundation of the Kazbek innovation center next to the Chechencement enterprise in the Chiri-Yurt Village of the Shalinsky District, the Chechen government reports.
The facility will merge together enterprises producing blocks and plates from aerocrete, fiber-cement plates, dry construction mixes, construction lime. It is planned to be built in 2.5 years using finances of Vnesheconombank. The contract to build the center was signed in Grozny on December 7, 2012.
