Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan to sign railway construction agreement

President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov are going to sign a trilateral agreement concerning construction of the Ashgabat-Dushanbe railway on Wednesday, the Trend news agency informs.
