Ingushetia launches mill

 

Ingushetia has launched the Karabulaksky mill which will process 2,400 tons of grain into flour in the country’s south. The facility built using private investments will become the biggest mill in Russia and Europe, the Ingush government reports.

The mill uses Turkish equipment, which is why Turkish specialists will operate the facility and train local staff. Wheat will be purchased in Ingushetia. The facility will have hundreds of trucks to transport grain and flour.

Ingush farmers will sell their grain in the gross. Neighbour regions will provide grain to keep the mill operating at full power.

The first portion of flour has already been purchased in the Stavropol Territory. Flour will be sold in Russia and abroad. Managers are negotiating sales in Israel, Arabian and African countries.

The mill is the first step towards formation of a grain cluster in Ingushetia. local businessmen plan to invest in opening of a bakery, production of macaroni, forage, oil, meat, poultry.
