According to audit of Chechnya by the Russian Chamber of Accounts in 2012, the republic needs 22 billion rubles to fulfill orders of Russian president made on May 7, 2012, RIA Novosti reports.

3.4 billion rubles will be needed to index wages and 17 billion for nursery construction.

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered wages and labour efficiency to increase 1.5-fold in 6 years. He also ordered opening of 25 million modernized workplaces.

Head of the Chamber of Accounts Sergey Stepashin expressed concerns over the ability of some regions to fulfill the orders. The federal budget of 2013 will finance less than a third of expenses needed to fulfill the orders, that is means 100 billion rubles.
