President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin responded to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev’s off-shore initiative by stating that Sochi may form own off-shore zone, RIA Novosti reports.
He said that there were three financial centers suitable for off-shore zones: Kaliningrad, Sochi and the Far East.
Shokhin proposed merging of the zone with the gambling exclusive economic zone.
