The final draft of the tourism development programme has been presented by the North Caucasian Resorts public corporation to the Russian Ministry of the Economy, the acting head of the company, Alexey Sadikov, said today.
The company's chief stresses that the main ideas of the programme were approved by the government beforehand.
Sadikov also says that the programme has been amended many times, as has already been noted by the Audit Chamber of Russia.
