The American Hess corporation has sold its 2.72 percent share in the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) project and its 2.36 percent share in the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline (BTC) to India's ONGC, Trend cites Hess as saying.
The deal costed $1 billion, the news agency informs.
