Today Israel has extracted its gas from the field "Tamar" in the Mediterranean Sea. Tel Aviv hopes to gain energy independence and even export potential.
The field is the development of a consortium of Israeli and American companies - Noble Energy Mediterranean Ltd, Isramco Negev-2, Avner Oil Exploration, Delek Drilling, Dor Gas Exploration.
Gazprom Marketing & Trading announced the signing of the agreement of exclusive selection of liquefied natural gas within the project "Tamar" for the next 20 years.
