The Arbitrarion Court of Dagestan has ruled that the Kizlyar City Electric Network should merge with the North Caucasus IDGC, RIA Dagestan reports.
The network will pay off the debt off 93.5 million rubles to Dagenergoset. Purchase of property of the Kizlyar City Electric Network will be carried out according to a deal signed on March 1, 2013.
Purchase of the company is part of the program for consolidation of network assets, as ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Kizlyar City Electric Network went bankrupt in April 2012.
