Fire extinguished at Baku oil refinery

A fire at Baku's Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery has been fully extinguished, Trend reports, citing the SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan).

The fire took place at about 11:00 in the tank N.140 of the tank depot of the plant. The Emergency Situations Ministry's fire-prevention forces were involved in the operation to put the blaze out. By 12:50, the fire was fully extinguished.

There were no casualties. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
