Anadolu Group (Turkey) will build a 300-MW dam in Georgia. Georgian Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze and Anadolu Group coordinator for energy Turben Izet Aksoy signed the construction deal, Trend reports.
Anadolu Group invests in the 85-MW Paravan Dam in Samtkhe-Javakheti. The power plant produces 420 million KW/h. It is worth $125 million of investments.
Construction of the Paravan Dam started in 2009 and will be completed in 2015.
