Iranian aviation industry focuses on light plane construction

Iranian aviation industry expert Hosein Mirafzali recently announced that the production of small and medium-size airplanes is one of the priority directions for the Iranian aero industry, IranNews reports.
There several plane construction companies in Iran, but they can't compete with such giants as Boeing and Airbus. Due to this, the organization of the industrial development and modernization of Iran should involve more attention to the development of light planes construction, Mirafzali noted.
