Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said that Sochi may have own exclusive economic zone formed, RIA Novosti reports.
The official noted that there were controversies between business interests of the resort and the Krasnodar Territory. He believes that it was a matter of tax benefits, rather than a problem of economic zone.
