Azerbaijani-Georgian trade turnover increases

 

Azerbaijani-Georgian trade turnover increased from about $450 million in 2009 to $700 million in 2012 and over $200 million in Q1 2013, head of the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee Aydyn Aliyev said at a meeting with his Georgian counterpart in Baku.

The official reminded about realization of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars and Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan projects.

Lasha Khuchishvili, head of the customs department of the Georgian Ministry for Finances, noted intensive bilateral cooperation of the two states.
