Two blasts hit Grozny

Two blasts have hit theregional prosecutor's office in Grozny, Interfax reports, citing a source in the law-enforcement services.
Around 1.45 am Moscow time unknown assailants detonated a grenade, several hours later another explosive device placed near the prosecutor's office building was set off. Fortunately there were no victims.
