Iran will increase exports of gas condensate from 450,000 barrels daily to 1.2 million barrels in the next two years, Trend cites Piruz Musavi, director of the Iranian Company of Oil Terminals.
Iran exports gas condensate from Port Assaluye and will build export facilities at Kangan.
Iran has the world’s second largest gas reserves, with Russia being the first. Iran invests in South Pars, its largest oil field with about 14 trillion cubic meters of gas (about 8% of world reserves) and over 18 billion barrels of liquefied gas.
