Libyan Minister for Labour and Retraining Mohamed Fitouri Sualim said that Libya and Azerbaijan had good reserves of hydrocarbons and prospects for cooperation, Trend reports.
He invited Azerbaijan to invest in its refineries, energy field, exploration of oil and its refinement.
Libya supports Azerbaijani territorial integrity and the position of Baku in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The two states are both members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
