Iran and Egypt to discuss increase of gas supplies

 

Ahmed Ali Akber, an assistant of Iranian petroleum minister, will visit Cairo to discuss increase of gas supplies for Egypt, Al Jazeera reports.

He will discuss cooperation in exploration of oil, refining and construction of refineries in Egypt. Iran will offer Egypt projects to drill new oil and gas wells at Nile Delta.

Iran has exported gas worth $100 million in the last one and a half years.
