Dagestani authorities plan to buy four Toyota Land Cruisers for a total of 13.2 million rubles.
The vehicles will have 4.6-liter engines, multi-functional displays, JBL audio systems with iPod slots, four cameras and other equipment.
Applications for the tender will be filed until May 29. The winner will be announced on June 3.
