Residents of Kabardino-Balkaria have received refunds worth a total of over 1 million rubles for overpaying for gas in October-November 2012. Gazprom Mezhregiongaz office in Pyatigorsk paid the funds, 07kbr.ru reports.
People in the Chereksky District overpaid for gas, as stated in an inspection organized by prosecutors, the Ministry for Energy, housing and utilities services and the tariff policy. Recounts were made in May 2013.
