Iran resumes gas deliveries to Turkey

Iran has resumed gas deliveries to Turkey after a 10-day break caused by a pipeline explosion, ITAR-TASS reports.

The Iranian National Gas company declared that deliveries have been resumed at full scale. The gas flow from Iran to Turkey was interrupted on the 21st of July after a blast on the Turkish section of the pipeline near the Iranian border. After the incident, the Russian 'Gazprom' company increased its gas-delivery to Turkey from 14 million to 22 million cubic meters per day at Istanbul's request.
