President of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev said at the 20th Caspian Oil & Gas 2013 Conference said that Shah Deniz will be transported to Europe using the Trans-Anatolia Pipeline (TANAP) in 2019.
TANAP has a capacity of 16 billion cubic meters of gas every year, transported to Turkey and Europe. Its construction will start in 2014.
The final route of the Southern Gas Corridor, whether Nabucco West or TAP, will be chosen in late June.
Azerbaijani gas extraction rate will total 20 billion cubic meters annually in 2015.
