Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov praised progress in restoring the Fenix skyscraper, a tower initially called Olimp and renamed after a heavy fire in early April.
Kadyrov’s advisor Adam Delimkhanov said that over 200 people were restoring the building and were supplied with all the necessary materials. Illumination of the building will be ready before September 30.
Kadyrov ordered rewards for people restoring the building.
