94 T-90S tanks, about 100 BMP-3 armored vehicles, 18 Msta-S SPGs, 18 Smerch multiple-rocket launchers, 18 Vena multiple-rocket launchers and 6 TOS-1A Solntsepyok flamethrowers have arrive from Russia to Baku, Vedomosti reports.
Azerbaijan also purchased BREM-1Ms, IMR-3Ms. The purchase is worth at least $700 million. Neither Russia, nor Azerbaijan have clarified the cost of the military vehicles bought.
