Pyotr Seltsovsky has been appointed Director General of the North Caucasus IDGC for 3 years. He was introduced by Vladimir Shukshin, chairman of the board of the company, Yuga.ru reports.
Seltsovsky was born in Moscow in 1961. He graduated at the Donetsk High Military and Political School of Engineer Forces and Communication Forces of the USSR Defense Ministry in 1983. He served as an army officer in 1983-1992. He continue military service at the FSB in 1997-2009, being promoted to Major-General. He was the Vice Governor of the Sakhalin Region in 2009-2010. He was a key figure in the North Caucasus IDGC since May 2012 and became acting Director General of the company in September 2012.
