The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic confirmed information of Greece’s property fund HRADF about purchase of 60% in the DESFA gas system, Trend cites SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev.
The official noted that the SOCAR had great experience in managing the gas system of the Caspian Region and was realizing the first such project in a EU state. The SOCAR looked at cooperation with Greece with optimism, he concluded.
