The Russian Ministry of Transport requires 45 billion roubles by 2014 for providing security, claimed Transport Minister Igor Levitin on Friday, reports RIA-Novosti. Video cameras and alarm buttons in buses will be installed. The cameras will be equipped with the GLONASS system.
