Turkey will buy 7 high-speed Siemens trains for 285 million euro and hire the company to maintain the trains for 7 years, Trend reports.
The trains will operate on the Istanbul-Ankara and Ankara-Konya lines.
Turkey is expected to buy 180 more trains by 2020. Their speed reaches up to 403km/h.
