NK Rosneft, a Kabardino-Balkarian subsidiary of Rosneft, had a loss of 307.4 million rubles in 2012 and cannot pay dividends, Interfax reports.
Investigators said on Friday that the company suffered from thefts worth 60 million rubles by its authorities. The company paid only 90,500 rubles of dividends in 2011.
