The EU has filed a lawsuit against Russia at the World Trade Organization for utility fees for vehicles, Interfax reports.
Russia started taking the fees for imported vehicles on September 1, 2012. The basic fee is 20,000 rubles. The fee was adopted to protect national car manufacturers.
