Dagestani Minister for Economy Rayudin Yusufov said at a meeting of the Makhachkala administration that the city’s coast needed full reconstruction, RIA Dagestan reports.
He proposed use of the territory of the Lazurny Bereg investment project to form the Probrezhnaya tourism zone as an alternative for the coastline initiative.
