Cell phone station construction prohibited in Dagestan

The Dagestani Office of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has said that the construction of a new cell phone station by the MTS company will not go ahead.

"The administration of the Kumtorkalinsky District of Dagestan has announced that it annuls permission to build a new MTS station in the republic", a statement said.
