The Investigative Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has filed charges in absentia against the former shareholder and deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of "Krasnaya Polyana", Magomed Bilalov.
Bilalov is charged under Part 1 of Article 201 of the Russian Criminal Code with abuse of power in a commercial organization, Interfax quotes the press center of the Interior Ministry.
Due to Bilalov's absence, the charges are filed in absentia in the presence of his counsel, the Ministry of Internal Affairs says.
In the near future the Interior Ministry will decide whether to issue an international call to search for Bilalov.
