Chinese businessmen said at a meeting with Grozny Mayor Islam Kadyrov that they wanted to build a factory at the Zavodskoy District of Grozny, the Chechen government reports.
Kadyrov expressed hope that the plan would be realized and meet norms of ecological security, giving local residents jobs. The Chinese guests expressed satisfaction with the talks and noted readiness to fulfill obligations of the municipality.
