The Asian Development Bank will not consider the strategy project for Azerbaijan on time, abc.az cites Olli Noroyono of the bank.
The project will be introduced in late 2013 and considered in early 2014. A delegation of the bank will visit Baku next week to discuss it for two weeks. The new 5-year strategy covers 2014-2018.
Rainer Hartel, chief financial specialist for the private sector of the bank, said that the ADB had stopped financing business under state guarantees.
