LG International, Hyundai Engineering and Petronas Carigali will reconstruct and expand the Turkmen refinery in Kiyanli for $240 million by the end of 2015, ITAR-TASS reports.
The facility will process 10,000 barrels of oil and 35 million cubic meters of gas daily after the reconstruction.
