The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Dagestan has signed a cooperation agreement with the Guild of Builders of the North Caucasus Federal District, represented by the General Director of the Guild and member of the Board of NOSTROY Ali Shahbanov.
The need for such an agreement is due to the implementation in the republic of the Concept of the "the long-term socio-economic development for the period up to 2020", the priority national project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing to Russian citizens," and the federal target program "Housing" for 2011-2015.
Under the Agreement, in order to ensure quality and safety in construction, renovation and major repairs of capital construction projects, the development and application of normative and technical documents by NOSTROY is planned as regional guidance documents of the Republic of Dagestan.
