Turkmenistan plans to become the biggest energy exporter of electricity in the Middle East. It will start exports of electricity to Turkey through Iran, Trend reports.
Iran imports Turkmen electricity and pays with technical and engineering services, spokesman of the Tehran trade Chamber Mahammed Parsa says.
