SOCAR to increase shipping of petroleum in Georgia

Azerbaijan’s SOCAR will increase shipping of hydrocarbons at the Georgian terminal from 4,000-5,000 tons to 8,000-10,000 tons a month, abc.az reports.

Azerikimya produces more petroleum than it exports. Exports started on December 25, 2012.

BST Ltd SOCAR is capable ofservicing Aframax tankers for 10 million tons of petroleum a year.
