The Greek State Privatization Fund has approved the purchase of 31% of its shares and 35% of Hellenic Petroleum shares by the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) for 400 million euro, Trend reports.
The consortium developing the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) signed a cooperation deal with DESFA earlier.
