Turkey receives EBRD loan for Mersin development

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has granted Turkey $79.5 million for development of the Mersin Port. The project is worth $450 million in total, Trend reports.

Transportation director Sue Barrett noted that it was an essential grant for the bank. Mersin is the first investment project for infrastructure and will serve as an example for further investments.
