LUKOIL Aero Director General Oleg Pashayev has sent a letter to Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev, expressing interest in purchasing the fueling system at the Airport of Rostov-on-Don, Vedomosti reports.
Rosneft announced the same plans earlier. A protocol of intensions was signed between Rosneft and the airport’s board of directors.
LUKOIL and Rosneft want to expand their sales and have refineries in Volgograd and Tuapse.
TZK-Avia unloads 200,000 tons of fuel daily and has containers for 22,000 tons. It earned 564 million rubles last year and made a profit of 54 million.
