Gabdulatif Murzakulov, President of Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary, has been detained for lobbying for Kulager during the tender for spaceship construction complex worth about $100 million, ITAR-TASS reports.
According to investigators, he received a bribe worth $272,000 and 75.3 million tenge from Asylbekov, an official of Yegenbayev, head of the board.
