India to grant state guarantees for imports of Iranian oil

The Indian Ministry for Finances will grant refineries importing oil from Iran state guarantees. The refineries could not do the imports because international insurance companies refused to have deals with Tehran due to international sanctions, Reyters reports.

Iran offered guarantees for tankers delivering oil to India. The Iranian Ministry for Industry, Mines and Trade offered cargo insurances worth $50 million - $1 billion.
