The Kabardino-Balkarian Directorate of the Federal Migration Service of Russia has fined Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pyatigorsk with 650,000 rubles for shutting down gas supply of consumers without preliminary warning, Interfax-South reports.
Thus, the consumers could not pay debts for the gas consumed before its pumping stopped on time.
